staying fit

one of the great ways i stay in shape is I work out for 30min to an hour everyday doing 200 push ups 200 jumping jacks jog for about 15mins and doing a little bit of tibo, its plenty ways to stay in shape and not be to exhausted to do anything else that day, i know because i can do it and i know if i can do it anybody can do it its really not that hard at all, just keep pushing yourself to work harder and harder everyday and you eventually will reach your goal.

workingout good

I do anywhere from 300-500 crunches a day. It sounds like a lot, but when you make a habit of it its pretty easy! Make sure your doing them the right way though, you dont want to hurt your neck or your back, or not get good results. I do sets and reps of different kinds of crunches, (works like a charm!).
I drink A LOT of water when I’m working out, try to stay away from energy and sports drinks. And make sure when you are working out a lot you eat lots of little meals a day, dont skip meals, not eating does not help! The more often you are eating small and healthy meals the better your metabolism is, and you stay healthier.
Most importantly, this stuff only works if you make a habit of it! Make a schedule and stick to your regiment. Don’t over do it though. I hope this helps! Let me know how it goes for you.

Step2 to staying in shape

Another way that you can stay in shape is that you can just go on a diet, it really isnt that hard to stop so many fatty foods when you really know what they can do to your body or some people already know what they can do to your body just by eating them to much without an effort to work there selves to get better.drink more smoothies and less sodas milkshakes and other sugary products that have alot of calories in them, they might taste good but they are whats helping you gain the wait that you are trying to lose, if youo do this you will be garunteed to lose some weight.

Staying in shape

It isnt easy to stay in shape this i already know but all u got to do is push yourself, stop being so lazy and sitting on your but and jus go do something that you enjoy doing but at the same time your burning calories that way while you are having fun you can lose weight like playing a good sport like basketball or football or any sport that you like to play that involves enough moving that makes you sweat a little, but u cant workout and then go eat alot of food because it want help you and you will be working out for nothing.
